Cricket match example: In a limited-overs match, Team A's odds are 1.45 and Team B's odds are 2.75. A ৳1,000 bet on Team B returns ৳2,750 if Team B wins (৳1,750 profit) — if Team A wins, you lose ৳1,000.

How do odds work?
Higher odds mean the outcome is considered less likely — but the return is greater if it wins. A favourite team has lower odds because they are more likely to win.
Example: Team B (favourite) — decimal 1.50, fractional 1/2, American -200. Return on ৳1,000 stake is ৳1,500 (৳500 profit).
American minus odds show how much you need to stake to make ৳100 profit — so -200 means you need ৳200 to make ৳100 profit.
Use the bet slip
Clicking on any selection from the markets adds it to the bet slip. The bet slip usually floats on the right side or at the bottom of the screen. If there is one selection it is a single bet; adding more brings up the multi-bet option.
Single Bet
Enter a stake for one selection — the bet slip will automatically show the potential return. Press the "Confirm Bet" button and the bet is recorded.
Multi Bet (Parlay)
Adding three or more selections to the slip creates a multi bet. All odds are multiplied together to give a combined odds figure. An example: if three selections have odds of 1.40, 1.70 and 1.90, the combined odds will be 1.40 × 1.70 × 1.90 = 4.52 (approximately). A ৳100 stake returns ৳452 — but only if all three selections win. If even one loses, the full ৳100 is gone.
A multi bet offers higher returns, but if any selection fails, the entire stake is lost — so think carefully before confirming the slip.

BACK bet: You think Team A will win — so you BACK Team A with a ৳500 stake at odds of 1.80. If Team A wins, you make ৳400 profit (before commission). If they do not win, you lose ৳500.
LAY bet: You think Team A will not win — so you LAY Team A. Against a backer's ৳500 stake, your liability is ৳400 (৳500 × 0.80). If Team A does not win, you earn ৳500 profit (before commission); if Team A wins, you pay ৳400.
