This document sets out the full terms for using the 77fb platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or using any service.
Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") establish a legal relationship between the 77fb platform and its users. By accessing the platform through the 77fb website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, the user is considered to have automatically accepted all terms of this Agreement.
These terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. 77fb may change or amend these terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.
Important: All services on 77fb are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on the 77fb platform, the user must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid mobile number and an active email address.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
- Each person may create only one account.
- Creating an account under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification
77fb reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any stage. In addition to OTP verification, the platform may request identity documents and other supporting records if deemed necessary. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Security
It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. Passwords or OTPs must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, 77fb support must be notified immediately. 77fb is not liable for losses resulting from the user's negligence.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The currently accepted deposit methods on the 77fb platform are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. If the correct reference number is not used at the time of deposit, the funds may be delayed.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
Available withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
The mobile number registered to the account must be active and verified in order to make a withdrawal. Withdrawals to a different number are not permitted.

3.4 Deposit Cancellation and Refunds
Once a deposit is completed, it is generally non-reversible. However, in the event of a duplicate charge due to a technical error, the support team must be contacted. 77fb will arrange a refund of the extra amount deducted after proper verification.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
77fb offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 as a bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000 — and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus may only be used for betting or playing on the platform.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Attempting to use the bonus through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
- 77fb reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
4.3 VIP Cashback
77fb's VIP programme has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive up to ৳180 cashback.
Users can move up through the tiers based on regular betting activity and active engagement with the platform.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fb platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Using deposits and withdrawals for purposes unrelated to gambling.
- Using multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system.
- Registering with fake identity documents or false information.
- Using automated software or bots to carry out activity on the platform.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Attempting to compromise the platform's systems or security measures.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
If suspicious activity is detected, 77fb may begin an investigation and suspend the account temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
If a technical issue arises during a bet or game session, 77fb determines the final outcome by reviewing system logs. The result recorded in the system is considered final.
6.2 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket, football and other sports, if a match is abandoned or rescheduled, 77fb settles bets according to its own policy. For live betting, the odds of a confirmed bet remain fixed even if prices change.
6.3 Casino and Slots
All casino games and slots available on 77fb are provided by international game developers. Each game has its own RTP and volatility, which determine outcomes over time. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — no betting pattern or stake size influences the outcome.
6.4 Erroneous or Faulty Bets
If abnormal odds or payouts appear on any bet due to a system error or human mistake, 77fb reserves the right to void or correct that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

10.2 Third-Party Services
The 77fb platform uses services from third-party game providers and payment processors. 77fb is not directly responsible for their technical errors or delays, but will provide assistance in resolving any issues.
10.3 Internet Connection
77fb does not bear responsibility for any problems with a bet or game session caused by a lost or slow internet connection. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the quality of their device and connection.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
11.1 Closure at User's Request
A user may request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process before closure.
11.2 Closure Initiated by 77fb
77fb may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or manipulation is found.
- Use of a false identity or information is confirmed.
- The account remains inactive for an extended period (it can be reactivated through support).
- Closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
11.3 Balance After Closure
If an account is closed due to a violation of rules, the balance may be forfeited. The balance will be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

12.1 Right to Make Changes
77fb reserves the right to amend, change, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through the platform.
12.2 Acceptance of New Terms
Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account.
12.3 Partial Invalidity
If any clause of this agreement becomes invalid or void for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the agreement as a whole.
